After a liftetime of dancing and years being a top personal trainer in NYC, I joined BeachBody to help people outside of  this great city!  I work with Shaun T of INSANITY , HIP HOP ABS and INSANITY THE ASYLUM as well as Leandro of Brazil Butt Lift, of BeachBody Trainers as the Fitness Specialst/Form for their home-baesd workout programs and test goups in NYC. Ive been known as the 'Trainer to the Trainers' and I take great pride in that.  Im am grateful for every person I work with.. It really is the best feeling that your career is to help others find happiness in themselves!
